How Alpenwild began

Alpenwild was born back in 1970 when our Chief Adventure Officer, Greg Witt, graduated from high school, slug a pack over his shoulder and packed off to Europe. The Alps fueled Greg's love for adventure travel, he enjoys sharing it with all of Alpenwild's clients.

What we offer

We offer multiple hiking, trekking, walking, rail and food tours through out the French, Swiss and Italian Alps (guided and self guided). We want to help you experience the food and culture of the Alps like a local. No matter what your preferred activity level is, we have a tour for you.
