Arrival

After arrival in Zurich, you will ride the train to Pontresina Switzerland with a rail pass provide by Alpenwild. The group will meet on the first day at 3:00 pm in the hotel lobby for a casual meet and greet and a chairlift ascent to Alp Languard for an overview of the region. Dinner to follow.

Departure

On the afternoon of Day 7 in Pontresina we again provide you with a rail pass back to Zurich, a final night’s dinner in Zurich, with breakfast on Day 8 prior to departure for onward travel.

Accommodations

In the Engadine you will stay in an independently-owned 3-star hotel with a superb restaurant and spa facilities in the heart of Pontresina. The final night will be in a 4-star hotel in Zurich.

Meals

The hallmark of an Alpenwild trip is our exceptional dining, including buffet breakfasts, picnic lunches, and many dinner options featuring a la carte dining for most dinners. All meals starting with dinner on the day of arrival, lunches, snacks, refreshments, receptions, and ending with breakfast on the day of departure are included.
