Federico Corato, Nature Guide

Federico was born in Vicenza, in Italy, in the midst of oak forests and springs. His parents tell him that even as a toddler he woke them up at dawn hoping to be taken to the woods and look at animals. Now he photographs, conserves, and guides in the natural world. He makes absolutely no distinction between his work and his passions. His love of nature has been a constant, as has his pursuit of a way to pass it on to others.  His diverse skill set gives him the chance to pass almost all his time in the outdoors as a guide, nature reserve custodian, on biodiversity projects and in education. In his nature photography, he tries to capture experiences and emotions to share with others, with a special focus on those frequently underestimated hidden corners near home.
