You want to make your vacation plans with confidence and positive anticipation, so we’ve made some generous adjustments to our booking and cancellation policies. The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Here’s what some of our guests have told us in the past few weeks:
I appreciate the future trip credit and sure hope that it will be this year. I look forward to planning another trip in the future.
I have to admit, dreams of the Alps are keeping me sane during the self-isolation we’re all experiencing. We will make the trip in 2021.
It is with extreme sadness that we are canceling this trip. Your service has been outstanding. You can bet we are dreaming and planning our next trip.
With the uncertainty and disruption in the US, we need to cancel our trip. We will plan on rescheduling the exact same trip when things settle down.
If you have uncertainty about your travel plans this summer, these three options should be encouraging news:
• If you are booked on a tour for this summer, we’ve moved the final payment date from 90 days to just 45 days prior to departure so you’ll have more time to make the decision that’s best for you.
• If you choose to postpone a trip you’ve already booked, we will apply 110% of your deposit for a future trip. You can use this 110% trip credit for any tour through December 2022.
• We are providing 100% refunds for any tours we need to cancel.
We are grateful for the trust you have placed in us. Your safety, well-being, and personal enjoyment are our top priorities.
We’re a family-owned and operated company, and we’ve always considered our guests as part of the family. We are financially strong and secure. We will weather this storm and emerge quickly to a very bright future. We wish the same for you and your family.
Alpenwild has always been more than a travel company. We invest in people, experiences, and exploration. Our values have never changed. We’re here for you—we always have been—and we hope to see you soon in the Alps
