Upon arriving at the train station in either Zermatt or St. Moritz, Excellence Class guests are welcomed at a dedicated check-in desk located at the end of the platform on a red carpet. Your luggage is promptly taken care of, and you're personally escorted to your seat, where a glass of champagne and a welcome packet await you to begin your journey. Throughout the ride, you’ll enjoy access to the exclusive Glacier Bar featuring a wide selection of beverages, along with the attentive service of a personal concierge to ensure a truly top-class experience.

As you soak in the breathtaking Alpine scenery, you'll enjoy complimentary WiFi and a personal iPad featuring an interactive map of the route, complete with highlights and in-depth information to explore along the way. There are 20 plush leather seats in this premium carriage, and everyone is guaranteed a window seat. Be sure to plan ahead, because there is only one train in each direction offering this new Excellence Class option daily from mid-December through mid-October (They usually have a break for a couple of weeks in March to early-April). Tickets are available for purchase once the new calendar year is posted on their website (typically in October).
