Isabelle Johnson, Italian Dolomites Trip Leader

Isabelle was born in the UK but has lived in the Dolomites since 1999. The Dolomites has a fascinating culture and modern history linked to World War One and, as an Oxford history graduate, Isabelle brings this and other aspects of the local area to life on trips, along with her love of the outdoors and Alpine flowers. Over a twenty-year career in active travel, organizing and leading walking trips and setting up new itineraries, she has worked all over Italy and beyond. She also works as an Italian to English translator. She has walked extensively in Italy and the UK and loves long distance trails in particular.
