We recommend flying into the Bodø Norway Airport (BOO), conveniently located just a short taxi from the tour meeting point.
Your tour will officially begin at 3:30 PM on Day 1 in the lobby of Wood Hotel Bodø.
We strongly recommend arriving at least 1–2 days prior to the tour to allow time for rest, adjustment to travel, and to help avoid any unexpected flight delays or missed connections.
If you have extra time before the tour begins, Bodø is a wonderful place to explore, with beautiful coastal scenery, excellent seafood, and easy access to the surrounding Norwegian landscapes.
We recommend flying out of Tromsø Norway Airport (TOS) at the conclusion of your tour.
On the final day of the tour (Day 13), guests are free to depart for homebound flights or continue onward travel plans. A complimentary shuttle from your hotel to the airport is included in your tour. Please arrange your preferred shuttle departure time with the hotel concierge or front desk staff during your stay. We recommend allowing ample time for airport transfers and check-in procedures prior to your flight departure.
