We rate this trip as moderately strenuous. You should be capable of hiking 4 to 7 hours per day on sometimes rocky and uneven trails at an elevation up to 9,000 feet above sea level. You should be capable of accomplishing 2500 feet of ascent in 3 hours. Please note that the stats listed on the itinerary can vary depending on the device used to record them. Some hikes are adaptable according to the desires of the guests.

Arrival

After arrival in Zürich, we will provide you with a rail pass that can be used to get you to St Moritz for the start of the tour. Plan for 3.5 hours of travel by train between Zurich and St Moritz.

Departure

You’ll end your tour back in St. Moritz, so as to easily depart for the Zurich airport or onward travel on the Glacier Express towards Zermatt.
