After arrival in Zurich we will provide you with a rail pass that can be used to get you to St Moritz for the start of the tour. The group will meet on the first day around 3:00 pm in the hotel lobby for a casual meet and greet and a short excursion, followed by a welcome dinner.
As this tour ends in St Moritz, after a final breakfast in the hotel, you can easily return to Zurich for a return flight home, or consider onward travel on the Glacier Express to Zermatt, or a relaxing stay on the shores of Lake Como.
Our Alps experts and Certified Switzerland Specialists can assist with recommendations for your pre- and post-tour travel arrangements. Simply call or email us your plans and we are happy to help make the best of your vacation experience. Consider an Alpenwild Getaway, a short-stay, self-guided option that’s easily combined with your tour plans.
You will stay in carefully chosen inns, an historic palazzo, and small 3- and 4-star hotels that capture the authentic charm of the Alps.
The hallmark of an Alpenwild trip is our exceptional dining, including buffet breakfasts & many dinner options. All meals, starting with dinner on the day of arrival, lunch snacks, and ending with breakfast on the day of departure are included. Alcoholic beverages & related gratuities are not included.
